A wide range of CNC Milling technologies is employed including CNC milling centres. We work to extremely precise tolerances with our multi-axis machining facilities and have a substantial capacity for producing complex components in a wide range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel and special alloys. We can cost effectively produce components in small, medium or large batches.

The quality precision of milling is supported by Edgecam, Renishaw probing and CNC inspection facilities, taking full advantage of production integrated QC. This also reduces downtime from manual set-up, fixtures and work pieces and provides the benefit of accurate inspection of first-off components.
