First off, batch and random inspection is performed by our dedicated QC engineers utilising the most modern equipment including computerised 3D co-ordinated measuring as well as Path trace, Edge CAM and Solid Works CAD systems.

Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology is currently the most advanced component manufacturing inspection process. It allows man and machine to work simultaneously examining every stage to assure perfect accuracy. This CMM with temperature controlled testing room supersedes more traditional and often unreliable, checking processes. Possible imprecisions in the machined surfaces are identified immediately and with pinpoint accuracy and the CMM details the area that needs reworking.
